5. Onboarding – Risk Rating via RMCP
Your onboarding team will first Run the (Customizable) Risk Rating “Compliance Track” which will take the screening info, together with a DDQ (Due Diligence Questionnaire), and create a Risk Score for the Client. This Risk Score will put the client into a Risk Band
6. Onboarding – KYC + Verifications (eKYC)
Once the Screening and Risk Rating has been done, we can now use these values to correctly determine what documentation we require and at which time point they would need to expire.
We will also auto verify Identity, Address, Bank Accounts, and Directors against the various regulatory bodies and attach “DataView Verifications” to the account

11. Statement Run
Every month/quarter we will perform a statement run, validating the statement and presenting it to you for approval. You can view the PDF, see the Return Analysis, Holdings, etc, and either approve, or reject it. If you reject it you will fill in a DDQ to aid in the correction. After the statement is approved, it will be attached to the client record and can be sent out to the client (or the client can log in to view it)
