Use the top righthand menu and select the back office role. Navigate to the transactions page using the lefthand menu.
Start by picking the account and date range of the transactions you wish to enter after which you click load transactions.
The existing transactions for this date range will populate. On the right-hand side, you will see a list of previously used tradable instruments.
When you see the instrument that you which to use in the “previously used” list click it and you will navigate directly to the trade modal to enter the trade details.
When a transaction needs to be logged for an instrument not previously used click “add transaction”, this will open a modal to capture additional information pertaining to your trade. Under some circumstances, an adjustment of the asset class, strike information, or an expiry might be needed.
For most use cases you can simply click resolve.
Resolve the instrument needed.
Enter your trade information.
Some users want to provide a trade ID. In this case, you can click the advanced toggle in the top right of the modal. This will provide you with a couple more options including the trade ID. Note that when entering a new transaction the ID will be zero and an ID will be assigned on submission.
When the list of transactions is complete click “save transactions”. This will offload the line items.
To continue for other accounts click reset. This will clear your account, date range, and transaction information currently loaded and reset the pickers.
Cash Transactions #
With regards to a cash transaction (deposit, withdrawal). Click “add transaction” and pick the cash instrument.
This will open a cash modal.
