Create a compliance track

When you have the compliance role you can pick the compliance role in the menu or ask a support member to put you in the role.

Click the track button to open the track picker.
Choose “add track” in the context menu
Fill out the basic information, track name, description, and country of risk.

Marking a track as self-service will give end clients the ability to fill out information from their portal.

Pick the context of the track. Will it run for a client, account, or bank account and what status will the client receive upon successful completion of the track?

When a track is added you can go back to the track picker, select it and see its details

Now you can add a due diligence questionnaire to the track. This is a dynamic form customizable to your business requirements.
In the rules section you can define rules and actions that need to execute when a track is either:
  • initialized
  • submitted
  • approved

These rules can have a myriad of actions and combinations of conditional actions and statuses.

Some actions for example can be:
  • Oninit rule, copy values from client to questionnaire
  • OnApprove, copy questionnaire values to the client record
  • OnApprove, If condition XYZ (client country is ZAF) is met then set an additional status ABC to required
  • OnApprove, Add risk points
  • OnApprove, Create a task

Lastly don’t forget to activate your track by hitting the power button in the top left. This will make the track available to the rest of the team to run.

Run the track from the client’s detail page
