Create a region and office

Clients are assigned to an advisor the advisor can sign in and see their list of clients whereas the client services team can see the full list of clients.

To provide a structure in which we can house the advisors and their subsequent clients we have to add a region and one or more offices within that region.

As a subscription admin or support member, we can see the list of regions and offices with their advisors.
We can add offices while adding a region or additional ones afterward.
Adding an advisor to a region and office happens during the creation of an advisor user. You will get the option to pick their corresponding office. You can do this in the user management screen get there by clicking the people icon at the top.
User management lets you configure user-specific things like roles, locking accounts, proxying to other advisors, and managing their licenses.
Open up the side panel to add additional users.
Use an available partner/advisor license. If no licenses are available contact your subscription admin.
When you navigate back to your region and office the advisor will be visible.
View your advisor’s details or edit them on the spot.
