When automated providers are used to load data the accounts come in with the data. The system does not make assumptions about who the account belongs to.
Every day a client service team member should take a look at the suspense accounts and assign new accounts that came in with the client data and map it to their respective client or create a new prospect for the account if no client is found.
Once an account is mapped you will not be asked again on the next run of the providers




Alternatively, you have the option to archive the account if it is no longer relevant.
