Client Services
The client service’s role contains all the features for day-to-day use. They can create clients, and tasks, run compliance tracks, etc. Users in this role have a line of sight of all clients and their details.
Advisor / Wealth manager
Users in the advisor role can view a list of only their clients, they can view the details and perform any operation on the client. Advisors can also set other advisors as a proxy to them in case of absence or leave.
Fiduciary
When you need to give someone access to client records but they have no clients of their own and don’t need any further control beyond that of an advisor.
Finance
Limited to just viewing the client records.
Support
The support role allows a user to do basic operations on other user accounts, for example, adding a user into the role, locking their account, and upgrading a user from a standard user to an advisor user.
They can create regions, and offices, add advisors and standard users, and delete them.
Furthermore, the support role gives a user the ability to look at a feed of all automated providers and see if they all ran successfully or if there was an issue that needs action.
Management
Users in the management role can create reports and are privy to some additional built-in reports.
Back Office
The back office role allows users to add instruments, set end-of-day prices, and upload trade files to be processed as manual data.
Compliance
Compliance tracks offer a high degree of customizability depending on the business requirements. User’s in the compliance role can import packs of standard compliance tracks and have the ability to edit them or create entirely new tracks.
The compliance role also lets you create additional statuses for example KYC, FICA, AML, MyCustomFica, MyCustomBasicKYC, etc. Additionally, reports can be viewed pertaining to the compliance of your client base.
End Client
Under some circumstances, your clients want to be able to view their own information. This can be done by creating an end client for them on their client record detail page. Once they have accepted the terms and conditions they can have access to a separate section of the portal that shows them their information, returns, etc. These users will have the end client role.
Library Admin
This role unlocked the ability to upload documents to the general document library accessible to all advisors and client services staff. This way documents can be shared through the organization.
Subscription Admin
There can only be one user in the subscription admin role. Initially, this is the user that signed up on the platform, he or she can then hand over the subscription admin role to someone else. The subscription admin is in control over billing and the purchasing of additional licenses. Additionally, the subscription admin can assign user roles, lock accounts, and set up regions.
Designer
The platform offers customizability to a certain degree. Users in the designer role can create task types, and opportunity milestones edit the theme, and pick client page layouts.
