Do I own my data?
Yes, you do. We understand that you have your client data and your data on DataView Wealth. This is your data, not ours.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We believe in Security first. All data is housed in Microsoft Azure and is encrypted at rest and during transport. You can read more about it on the Microsoft website about database encryption and storage encryption. Next, the data is in the Western Europe Azure datacenter, which is governed by GDPR, probably the strictest of all privacy laws. Next, there are Azure firewalls protecting access. Next, there is the ubiquitous Open Id Connect protocol that is used by Google and Facebook. Next, there is strict RBAC protection at the DataView Wealth level and then on top of that our compliance engine will not let users change key fields without at least 4 eyes and all changes have an audit trail.
What is the lock-in period?
There is no lock-in period. Licenses are purchased on a monthly basis in advance. When you cancel, the next month and thereafter simply won’t be charged.
Can I migrate my existing CRM data into DataView Wealth?
Yes, you can. We have a combination of upload templates, where you can migrate, at your pace, into DataView Wealth. This is the most cost-effective method. Alternatively, we offer a migration service from your existing system into DataView Wealth. Please contact us to find out more.
What about my clients’ financial data?
We automatically connect with a lot of Service Providers (see some examples here). We also have an upload template should you wish to do this yourself. Both ways will consolidate and validate the financial data and provide both out-of-the-box as well as customizable reports, statement templates, and client packs.
