Welcome to DataView Wealth! Once you have signed up for the free trial, the first thing you need to do is set up your initial region, office, partner user, and the client admin.

Regions and Offices

If you switch to the Subscription Role by clicking on your initials on the top right:

and then select “Offices” from the left menu

you will be able to add your regions and offices:

Partners and Users

Once you have added an Office, you can create a Partner (Advisor) for that Office. Since all clients need to be owned by a Partner, you will need to set one up before you can start adding clients.

For your starter pack and free trial you have 2 user licenses. You, the subscription owner are using on of them as a Standard users. To set if your first Partner, you will either set up another user, or you can upgrade yourself to be a Partner User.

If you wish to upgrade yourself, select User Management from the left hand menu, and click the upgrade button next to your name

This will invoke the Partner Screen for the additional details required for Partners. If you wish to add another user as a Partner user (or as a Standard User if you have upgraded yourself), select User Management from the left hand menu, and then select the Right Menu via

at the top right. From here select “Use Available License” for the Partner or Standard user you wish to add.

Once you have a Partner and a Standard user, add the Standard User to the ClientServices Role via the roles button

The ClientServices team can administer all the Partner’s clients. Switch to the ClientServices Role (for the Standard user) or the Wealth Manager Role (for Partner user) and lets start adding clients!
